Before you email
Include the following details so the issue can be reproduced:
- your iPhone model and iOS version
- the TrayTrace app version and build number
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead
- whether the issue involves reminders, widgets, Live Activities, or backup import/export
Common checks
- Make sure notification permissions are enabled if reminders are not firing.
- Reopen the app after changing tray plan details so widgets and Live Activities can refresh.
- Keep exported backup files if you plan to move data to a new device manually.
